Last updated August 12, 2026. These terms apply to Cabin Fever retreat reservations and use of this website. Massage services, payment processing, and online booking are provided through Massage USA.
Reservations and acceptance
By completing a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to make the purchase, and agree to these terms. Your reservation is not confirmed until the booking provider accepts payment and sends a confirmation. Please review the confirmation promptly and report any errors.
Pricing, payment, and package details
Website prices are starting rates and may change before a reservation is confirmed. Final pricing, taxes, fees, appointment time, duration, included amenities, and any optional enhancements are shown or communicated during booking. A package includes only the items identified in the confirmed reservation. Photos are illustrative and amenities may vary because of maintenance, weather, availability, safety, or other operational needs.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
To cancel or reschedule, call 470-460-6031 as soon as possible. A request is effective when it is received and acknowledged by Massage USA or Cabin Fever. Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival may be rescheduled once without a change fee or canceled for a refund to the original payment method, less any nonrefundable third-party processing fees disclosed at booking.
Requests received between 24 and 48 hours before arrival may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, or receive a credit equal to 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before arrival, late arrivals that prevent the booked service from being completed, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Any credit issued under this policy expires six months after its issue date, is subject to availability, and has no cash value.
If Cabin Fever or Massage USA must cancel, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for the affected reservation or move the reservation to an available date. These remedies do not cover transportation, lodging, lost wages, or other incidental expenses. Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable right provided by applicable law.
Arrival and late arrivals
Follow the arrival time and instructions in your confirmation. Contact us promptly if you expect to be late. A late arrival may shorten the massage or retreat time so later appointments can begin as scheduled, and the full confirmed price remains due. Guests who arrive too late for services to be provided safely or reasonably may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Guest conduct and property
Guests must treat staff, service providers, other guests, the cabin, and its amenities respectfully. Illegal activity, harassment, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, smoking where prohibited, unsafe use of the hot tub or fire features, and intentional or negligent property damage are prohibited. Service may be ended without refund when conduct creates a safety, legal, or property risk. The person making the reservation is responsible for damage caused by anyone in their party beyond ordinary wear.
Health, massage, and amenities
Tell the massage provider about relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or accessibility needs before treatment. Massage and retreat services are for relaxation and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Guests should not use the hot tub, alcohol, fire features, or other amenities when doing so would be unsafe or contrary to professional medical advice. Alcohol is available only to guests of legal drinking age, and identification may be required.
Assumption of ordinary risk
Cabin and woodland settings may include steps, uneven ground, weather, insects, fire, water, and other ordinary conditions. Guests agree to follow posted instructions and staff directions and to use reasonable care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cabin Fever is not responsible for loss or injury caused by a guest's failure to follow instructions, misuse of amenities, or personal items that are lost, stolen, or left behind.
Website and external booking
This website provides information and links to an external booking service. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce its original branding, photos, or content without permission. The booking provider's checkout and privacy terms also apply to transactions completed there. If those checkout terms conflict with this page regarding payment processing, the terms displayed and accepted at checkout control.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future reservations. The version accepted when a reservation is confirmed governs that reservation unless a change is required by law or agreed to by both parties. These terms are governed by Georgia law, without limiting consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
